    Edfu / Kom Ombo / Aswan

    Breakfast on Board, in Edfu visit the temple of Horus, dedicated to the Falcon, It is the most preserved temple in upper Egypt as it was barried by the sand in the past until 1860 when Auguste Mariette started to clear the sand away Sail to Kom Ombo Lunch on Board, In the afternoon visit to Kom Ombo to the temple of Kom Ombo it is a double temple each side dedicated to one god of Sobek and Horus ,the two sanctuaries buildings are perfectly symmetrical ,almost a twin temple ,linking between them similar passageways lead to the outer parts of the temple. Some renovations were made later, such as the hypostyle hall which was added by Ptolemy the seventh 51-47B.C, Moreover, under the role of emperor Trajan 53-117AD, the forecourt and outer walls were added, the entrance gate of the temple complex assumed to be built by Cleopatra's father Ptolemy XII.     Philae / High Dam / Oblisk

    Breakfast on board, morning visit of the High Dam and the temple of Philae, Philae is an island, was originally located near the expansive first Cataract of the Nile Upper Egypt and was the site of an Egyptian Temple complex. These rapids and the surrounding area have been variously flooded since the initial construction of the Aswan Low Dam in 1902. The temple complex was dismantled and moved to nearby Agilkia Island as part of the Unsco Nubia Campaign project, protecting this and other complexes before the 1970 completion of the Aswan High Dam, Back to Cruise Ship, Lunch on Board, In the afternoon Visit of Elephantine island by Felucca, Evening free (Possibility to enjoy the Sound and Light Show in Philae – Optional), Dinner and night on Board

  • Infants up to 2 years old are free of charge for the tour package sharing parent’s accommodations
  • Children under 6 years old sharing parents accommodations with an extra bed pay 25% of the price of an adult rate
  • Children under 12 years old sharing parents accommodations with an extra bed is half the price of an adult rate
  • Children 12 years old and above are considered adults, full rates apply
